With several distinct neighborhoods in Point Loma all surrounding the Point Loma Village, a retail establishment for local residents, this is become a popular residential destination spot. The Naval Training Center of San Diego also calls Point Loma its home as does the Point Loma Nazarene University. With the beachfront and shoreline parks on both sides of the Peninsula and stunning views of the city and the ocean, this is a full-service residential community complete with single detached homes and condominiums. Among these condominiums are Newell Street Condos, Cabrillo At The Bay, Bay Pointe, Park La Playa, Loma Riviera, and Seve On Anchorage just to name a few. The San Diego Yacht Club, located on the point, also has many condominiums and beautiful estates surrounding it.
