The Park is a new condominium complex located at 28 56th Ave. in 2055 5th Ave. in the Bankers Hill neighborhood of downtown San Diego. This new building is said to be completed summer, 2017. It will feature 63 luxury condominiums on 13 floors. Residents will enjoy townhome style designs, two, and three bedroom floor plans from 1500 ft.² to nearly 5000 ft.². Pricing is set at $1.3 million on up.Homeowners or condo association fees are set at $1200 per Month. Homeowners association fees cover all common area maintenance, landscaping, building and exterior maintenance, limited insurance, sewer, pest control, trash pickup and water.
